Return and Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Purchase for any reason, just write back to us and we will be happy to provide full return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. We recommend the customer to try the product within first week of purchase to ensure if it fits your desires.
1. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND IF RETURN MY PRODUCT?

If the product turns out to be faulty or has any defect, then the item can be refund or exchanged within 7 days of your purchase.

2. CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT IF NOT SATISFIED?

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 7 days after the product delivery. The burqa shop will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

  • The item should not be used.
  • All tags must be kept intact.
  • The item is either faulty or incorrect in size or color.
  • The burqa shop should receive it within 7 days.

All costs (shipping charges, taxes, and duties) will be borne by the customer at all times. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase. No returns will be entertained by the burqa shop.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE or RETURN MY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?

We are really sorry but we do not exchange or refund a customized order at this time.
